renewal of the domain that that expires in 2016

  You took the following payment from my account:

  I have not authorised this payment. I already owe this domain and it expires in 2016. I have correspondance and confirmation from Ghandi.

  This is the email I got from Ghandi:

  Thanks for contacting Gandi.

  It looks like your .co.uk is in fact renewed until 2016, but your .com was only
  renewed through 2015. If you double-check the invoice from last year,
  2014010500271, you can see that each domain was only renewed for one year. The
  invoice from the year before, 2013030602095, shows you renewed your .co.uk for
  two years and your .com for one year.

  I would like you to refund the money you took out. And I would also request that you do not take any payments in future without me actioning it. Thank you.

  Hi Jasna,

  Your domain, englishstudyholidays.co.uk , is registered and owned elsewhere and appears to be renewed through 2016 as you’ve said.

  However, using domains registered elsewhere on WordPress.com requires a Domain Mapping upgrade. This upgrade costs $13 per year, and was setup to auto-renew on your WordPress.com account. You’ve paid for this upgrade annually since 2013.

  I’d be happy to remove the upgrade and refund the $13 to your bank account, however the domain englishstudyholidays.co.uk will no longer function on your WordPress.com site if I remove it. All your content will still be available at englishstudyholidays.wordpress.com .

  If you would like to keep the upgrade, but remove the auto-renew, please let me know and we can do that as well.

  Let me know what you’d prefer and I can make the adjustments.
