  I’m trying to renew my domain which was set to expire on Novembr 8th, but I’m not clear how to renew this – could you please help ASAP ? My ‘Manage Purchases’ says I don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Confused.

  Hi Krisn,

  Can you recall ever registering a custom domain with WordPress.com and/or purchasing a paid upgrade with domain mapping?

  If so, then your Manage Purchases section or Domains tab located in your dashboard should display a history of this purchase. Otherwise, could it be possible that you’re recalling a domain you registered elsewhere or a domain registered under a different WordPress account?

  The domain you provided in the title of this thread transkrish.wordpress.com is a WordPress.com subdomain that comes free with every new WordPress site and does not require renewing.

  I got this sorted out. Looks like I was logging in with an emal id which did not have any associated domains – so yes I was recalling a domain you registered elsewhere or a domain registered under a different WordPress account.
