Renewal of upgrade

  Hi. I missed the messages about domain upgrade. I found this message in one of the folders on my email:
  Renewing this upgrade for another year costs $13.00. When you renew, your blog will again be available at ‘linderudveien.no’. Note that your blog is always available at its default address, ‘linderudveien.wordpress.com’.

  I can’t find any plans that fit this cost. Can you help me with the renewal and see whic of the plans I used to have on linderudveien.no ? Thank you!

  Hi @cathrineo,

  I’m not having much luck looking up the registrar for your .no domain name, but if your domain is registered through WordPress.com, go to Manage Purchases to see what renewal option is available.

  If you don’t see it there, it should show in the Domains section of My Site. If you need staff help with this, tag this post with “modlook” and they will be able to look at your account.

  Hi there,

  We no longer sell stand-alone domain mapping upgrades, and your old domain mapping expired too long ago for me to be able to add it back to your account.

  If you want to add a new domain mapping upgrade now you’ll need to buy a plan first under My Site ->Plans. Then you can use the free domain in the plan to map your domain again.
