Renewal of Website after grace period.

  I have currently just inherited a website for a club at uni and as it is now after the renewal grace period, i have no idea how i am supposed to renew the website, would someone be able to help with this please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have flagged this for the staff to help

  You have Two issues –

  Only the owner of an upgrade can renew the upgrade – they will need to renew it or transfer the upgrade to you

  Once the grace period has expired – renewals on domain name require special handling by the staff

  Hi Lucy, as auxclass mentioned, only the owner of the site can renew the domain. I can have the upgrade (the domain) transfered to you, but only once it’s been renewed, since the domain is currently expired. For renewal, the owner will need to contact us directly. Once it’s renewed, they can then have us transfer it to you, but they’d have to ask us directly as well. Hope that helps!

  No – the request must come from the account that is the owner

  I see that the domain has yet to be renewed. If the site owner needs any help with the renewal, you can ask them to contact us. Thanks!
