Renewal of WordPress subscription without authorisation

    Hey guys!

    I just wanted to go about getting a refund on my account, as the expiry has just come up and I didn’t want to continue for another year, yet have been charged for another one without my authorisation or permission.

    How am I able to access a refund please?

    I don’t see any purchases ever made to the account you’re using to contact us (cashcardsandcaramello). If you made those purchases under another account, please log in to that account and contact us to further assist you.
