Renewal option not available

I am trying to renew our premium service but the option isn’t available from the upgrade link, just a list of the services that have been purchased. Please assist.

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns an upgrade to renew it.
Is there another account you might have used to purchase the upgrade or another person that owns the upgrade?
