    Whooo…this is getting more interestingly complex by the second. =)

    Okay, I think I know where the confusion lies. You have two WordPress.com accounts and one WordPress.org account and you are probably getting them all confused with one another.

    The two WordPress.com accounts that you have are the usernames earthplan and jbyanski. jbyanski is the username account that owns earthplanllc.com. I sent you an email to the email associated with the upgrade which you responded to – so you have confirmed ownership. Now it’s just the matter of logging into that account.

    The WordPress.org account is the account that sounds like it hosted by Bluehost and the one you were having issues with. BTW, I am going to redact your username and password information because this is the public forum – it’s not just you and I that can view this conversation.

    So, with all that being said, I can either move the domain upgrade for you from your jbyanski account to your earthplan account. Or, as it sounds, you are wanting to use the domain for your self-hosted site? If so, here are instructions on transferring your domain to bluehost:
