Renewal outside of the grace period

  I have let me website renewal go outside of the grace period and I cannot find any way to renew it. I have left VM and chat messages but no one gets back to me. Can anyone help?

  What is the address of the site/domain you wish to renew? Was it hosted here at WordPress.com? If it has reached the redemption period there will be additional charges.

  Howdy –

  kathrynjorsch.com was only mapped to WordPress.com but we were not the domain registrar provider. You need to contact that company in order to pursue the renewal.

  And that domain appears to be available to be registered again. You could purchase it here along with a Personal plan or higher.
