Renewal payment

  I am told that my plan will renew in December and tht a fee will be charged to a credit card I do not recognise, probably the credit card of a collegue who set the plan up. How do I change the credit card tobe debited?

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to change the payment details for the upgrade.
