renewal payment

    We are set up to have an automatic renewal, however we need to change the credit card used for billing. I have tried several times to follow the directions found in your help (or faq) section to do this but get routed back to an upgrade plan page every time. How can I proactively change the credit card information?

    I don’t know why you are referring to “we”. This is wordpress.COM support and every blog registered here has a sole owner, who registered the sites and purchased upgrades for it under their own username account.

    I don’t know why you failed to provide the required URL of the site in question. Know that we cannot even begin to help without you providing it because we cannot verify where the site is hosted.

    Please post the URL of the site you refer to.
