Renewal Payment Charging More Than Price.

  I would like to renew the Video Press, which is $59.97 for the year, but when I push renew, it tells me I need to pay $99.00 for the bundle. How do I just pay the $59.97?

  You might try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Please also make sure you’re running the latest version of your browser:
  http://browsehappy.com

  Then, please try renewing your upgrade from the bottom of the Store page in your blog’s dashboard.

  I tried all of these things, but on three computers and it will not let me purchase just the Video Press, only the bundle.

  Can you go to your Store page and click on “My Cart”? If there’s a Value Bundle already in your cart, be sure to click on the “Remove” button to delete it from your shopping cart.

  Once it’s removed, you should be able to renew your VideoPress upgrade.
