Renewal payment: Forgot my login and password of my website

  Please help me how to enter my dashboard for renewal payment. My website is http://www.centralmonterrico.com and I would like to enter my dashboard. Please help! I have my site during several years and i am only using my mail (email visible only to moderators and staff), please help!

  Hi @cecimontalvo921, you’re logged into a different account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use.

  If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address. Or, you can use the options listed here to regain access:
