Renewal Problem

  Will I lose a month of payment if I renew now instead of at the end of January? It said the site would renew automatically on Dec. 1 if I renew now but my site doesn’t expire until Jan. 30.

  Hi Clio,

  Your account is set to auto renew so that means it should update on 30 December 2013 or 1 January 2014. You can turn off the auto renew and make your payment manually. The new expiration date will be a year from the current expiration date so you will not loose a month of payment.
