  Hi. We would like to know if we can renew the domain/URL without renewing the entire premium package with WordPress. Please let us know about the cost if can do so.

  Did you purchase a domain name with the Premium Plan? I’m not seeing one in your account history?

  If you did, what was the domain name?

  I do not remember. Is there any way I can get to know about my purchase history with WordPress?

  You can view your billing history within the “Manage Purchases” tab in the “Me” section of WordPress.com. For more information on how exactly to navigate to this section please follow the directions outline in the following link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  It sounds like any upgrades that were purchased must be under a different user account as we can’t locate any upgrades connected to the WordPress.com user account that you are using here.

  We deliver emailed receipts after a purchase is made. Have you been able to find that? There should be a site address mentioned, let me know what it is. Otherwise, try signing in at WordPress.com with the email address where that receipt was delivered at.
