  We have just noticed a payment to Jetpack on our company credit card. Which appears to be a renewal fee. But we have not used WordPress since 2021 so it ought not to have continued.

  But to be sure that this is what we have paid for. this is what the statement shows.

  Can you confirm this is your company, which has taken the payment.

  Then explain what its for & how to cancel it?

  I checked and found that Jetpack Premium is still active for the www.affordableprinting.co.uk site and the payment was for the yearly automatic renewal. We can cancel the subscription and issue a refund. You can also connect your site to Jetpack and enjoy the features of the Jetpack Premium (which includes Backups).
