Renewal Refund

  My plan & domain was renewed today 11/14/18. I cancelled my domain first, and now I don’t see an option to cancel my subscription plan. There are no purchases to manage. Am I going to get a refund?

  You cancelled your plan first – it’s not possible to cancel a domain linked with a plan if you don’t cancel the plan first – and we’ve issued a full refund. You can see a receipt for the refund in your billing history, here:

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
