    Hi could you cancel my auto renewal on this website and refund my purchase? I’d rather not keep it going and I also don’t remember my account. My name is Sebastian and my transaction ID is [REDACTED] it was made through paypal for a total of 66$

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    The charges for those sites are associated with a different WordPress.com user account and you would need to be logged into that account to request any changes.

    If you don’t remember the login for that account, you can enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    helper-heroponriki Hello, apparently it was this account that I just noticed, would you then be able to remove it as I’m requesting it on this account as well as the refund?

    Before I cancel and refund the domain registrations for riverfallgames.com ($18) and riverfallgames.net plus the WordPress.com Personal plan ($66), I want you to confirm that by cancelling these domain registrations, that you will not longer own and be able to register them elsewhere immediately.

    After canceling a domain, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back. You have the option to keep the domain at WordPress.com and use it with another service. See our alternatives here.
