Renewal Refund

    Renewal has occurred without my permission or agreement. When I first purchased a domain I was not informed a domain I was not informed that it would renew within a year. When this renewal took place i was out of the country with no access to email, and when i returned i was £40 overdraft thanks to overdraft fees from payments you have made without my permission or agreement

    Hi there, Josh,

    It appears as if your account was set up to auto-renew your domain. I will certainly refund your cost asap, and change the expiration date back to September 16, 2014. You can choose to renew your domain manually, if you wish. Otherwise, it will cease working on the 16th.

    Additionally, the auto-renew feature is turned off for your domain registration and mapping, so you won’t incur any surprising costs in the future.
