Renewal Refund

  I need help getting a renewal refund on my blog. I have not used it since I set it up and completely forgot it even existed until my card was charged recently. I have looked everywhere for a contact number or email for support to no avail. Can anyone help me with this??

  Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   Hi there,

  I cancelled and fully refunded your WordPress.com Premium upgrade ($99). I can also cancel and refund your domain renewmeessentials.com ($26) but I want to check with you before I do that.

  Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  Would you like me to go ahead and completely cancel and refund that domain?

  You’re very welcome! I cancelled and refunded the domain renewmeessentials.com, as requested, so you’re all set with that. (It can sometimes take 1-2 weeks to see refunds appear on your bank statement, so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t appear immediately.)

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
