Renewal Should be until June 9th 2014 Incorrect on Statement at time of renewal

    Renewed domain early. Expires June 9th 2013. Renewed. Now being told expires May 9th 2014 in 13 months. It should not expire until June 9th 2014. Please correct and notify [Staff removed email address] with a correction in the new expiration date of June 9th 2014. thank you Jennifer Kiley [Staff removed debit card information]

    I can confirm the expiration date for your domain is June 9, 2014. Please see your domain’s WHOIS information for confirmation:

    For all domains on auto-renew, we typically renew a month in advance of the expiration date in case of any payment issues. That way we avoid any expiration or cancellation of the domain while the payment issue is sorted out. That’s the only reason your upgrades page shows the renewal date of May 9, 2014, which is 30 days prior to your domain expiration date.
