Renewal taken after I’ve cancelled what do I do?

    Hi. I received a renewal bill for a cancelled account… How long will it take to refund my money please?

    Hi there,

    If a refund has already been initiated, this can take up to 10 business days to process. But not sure if this is the case for you. I have tagged this with modlook so staff can look and check.

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to cancel a WordPress.com account if there are still active upgrades in it, so if you were charged, it was for an account that still exists and that sill owns active subscriptions.

    However, we have no way of knowing what account that is. We only know it’s not for the charya47 account you’re using to post here, as this account has not owned any upgrades with us since 2016.

    What is the site for which this charge was made?
