Renewal Unauthorized

This charge needs to be refunded. This renewal is not authorized. Further originally I see I was charged twice for my website, which I did not even know happened. I believe I upgraded and apparently you just charged me twice. This needs to be corrected. At a minimum the $96 needs to be refunded.

All WordPress.com plans renew annually. When you bought your upgrades you agreed to our renewal terms and our terms of service, both which state this, so the renewals were authorized.

You were not charged twice. On 6 January 2018 you bought a Personal Plan from us for $48. On 11 January 2018 you paid an additional $48 to upgrade that to the Premium Plan instead. You can see receipts for both those transactions, specifying the plan each payment was for, here:
