Renewal with new owner and card number

    I transferred ownership/payment info for this site several months ago with your help. I recently sent a message about whether the July renewal will automatically be deducted from the credit card info I provided or whether I will receive an invoice. I haven’t heard back from the support team. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I don’t want our site to expire due to unforeseen problems with a new payment.

    The email address associated with the account for the site will receive a notification about a month before that the renewal is coming due. This gives the account owner time to fix any problems that might arise.

    You can always check the status of your purchases by going to:
    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    You can confirm if the purchases are set up for auto renewal and review the payment information stored there by clicking the Edit Payment Method button
