  I kept on getting the message that my domain was about to expire but I had already paid. But I’ve paid again. Would you please check and provide a refund?

  Then I got another renewal notice and paid again just in case, but my understanding that the mapping is already done:

  Hi Julie,

  There are two domains that are attached to your site: http://renfrewcollingwoodcommunitynews.com/ and http://rccnews.ca/ .

  The October charge was for the registration and mapping of http://renfrewcollingwoodcommunitynews.com/ while the most recent one was for the mapping of http://rccnews.ca .

  We can still cancel the rccnews.ca mapping for a refund if you’d like.

  Hi kraftbj,

  Thanks for your quick response. This makes sense. I did get a lot of emails saying I needed to renew and got confused over all them.

  No need to delete the mapping for rccnews.ca, I’d like to keep it.

  Would you please DELETE my message from the forum? There’s credit card and account info that I don’t want the public to see.
