Renewed Domain, But Want To Upgrade! refund plesase

  Hi!

  I recently renewed my domain. However, I have decided to upgrade. Can I get a refund on the domain renewal? Or do you deduct amount for renewing from upgrade? I can not afford to pay for both. Would really love some help! Thanks

  I’m only seeing a domain in your account. Were you trying to upgrade to Premium? If you are, let me know and I can add the credits to your account to purchase it for $73 instead of $99.

  I do want to upgrade to premium. I paid $26, for domain, domain mapping, and private registration. So you’ll refund my payment, so I can buy the upgrade?

  I’ve added 26 credits to your account since you’ve bought the domain. You can purchase the Premium plan here:

  https://wordpress.com/plans

  As you checkout, those credits will pay for the first $26, you’ll just need to pay the remaining $73 of the Premium plan.

  Hi!

  I just upgraded, but can’t change what I wanted on the theme. It just didn’t work. I went to cancel the upgrade and get a refund. This is the script that showed up when I went to cancel:

  “As your domain is 24 months old, you will be refunded $27.00, which is $53.00 for the bundle minus $26.00 for the domain. The domain will remain registered to you and can be used on WordPress.com or transferred.”

  Are you serious!!! I paid $53 for the upgrade, because the price was $79 but you gave me credit for the $26 I paid to renew the domain. But now you’re deducting the amount for the domain renewal twice!! I would like a REFUND for the full $79 I have spent, NOT a credit to wordpress. I have been using your site for years, and would appreciate a quick response.

  If you would like, I can also refund your domain lifeandvariety.com and cancel it from your account. Please note, if we cancel the domain, it will become unavailable for you to use elsewhere.
