  Can I ask that the $85 that has just been charged to my bank account to automatically renew with WordPress please be reversed as my email account has been hacked recently I have only just managed now to read my email regarding the automatic renewal for my domain name. I do not want to continue. Please contact me asap. Thanks Anthea

  There are no charges under the account from which you’re contacting us. If you still have access to the email address where the renewal notification was sent, you can use it to access the account. If you don’t remember the password, you can reset it from here:

  Once you’ve accessed the correct account, you’ll be able to manage your purchases from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
