Renewed my subscription after it expired – site offline – please help

  Hello and thanks in advance for the help. My subscription expired a couple of days ago, and I renewed yesterday for $99 but my site is still offline.

  When I checked whois.com is says:

  Domain Name: THRIFTSTOREFLIPPING.COM
  Registrar: ENOM, INC.

  Does this mean I need to contact Enom as well? I don’t even remember signing up with them… I thought I did everything through wordpress.

  yes you need to contact Enom Inc. also – or your Registrar (sorry can’t remember if Enom resells registrations through others – but a good place to start

  there is no domain mapping for thiftstoreflipping.com

  what is the base blog you are mapping to or renewing through? i.e. someblog.wordpress.com

  Hi Adam.

  Although thriftstoreflipping.com was mapped to WordPress.com, it was registered elsewhere. Do you remember updating the name servers for that domain to point to map it to WordPress.com? This will have been done through your third-party registrar that the domain was registered through. Your registrar is who you’ll need to contact in order to renew the domain again.
