Renewed Website

This was not meant to be renewed. How do I get a refund and shut down the site?

Specifically, everything on the account says there’s no subscription, no billing, and no card on file, but $318 was taken out of my account today by WordPress. I would like a refund and whatever needs to be done so I’m not charged this again next year.

@malachitedrake, if you’re not the same person, the account you used to post here has never bought anything from us, and only owns a free site. If you’ve been charged, it’s for an upgrade in a different account.If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
