Renewing 10GB for $20

    My storage space upgrade has expired and I am trying to renew, but when I click the ‘helpful’ link you gave me in the email, it takes me to the purchase page where my only options are to upgrade my plan. The email promised me 10GB for $20, but I cannot find the spot to do just that. I do not want a plan that costs $72 or more a year. I want to remain with the free plan and pay my $20 every July for a space upgrade.

    Hi @protzies, we stopped offering this as an individual upgrade a few years ago. The email would let you renew an existing upgrade so long as you do not let it expire.
