renewing?

Trying to renew for just the $18. I’m sorry but every time we go through this your website makes it very difficult to do this and always seems like its almost forcing us to upgrade : ( I’ve already entered our debit card info so that it can be charged tomorrow for the upgrade but am not sure at all if it is going to work out again because this website makes it very hard to find how to do the simplest things…please advise, thank you.

Some time ago now (months ago) individual upgrades were discontinued. Only those who had domain mapping upgrades that had not expired were allowed to renew at the same rate. You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
