    I am trying to renew my premium membership but there does not seem to be a place for me to do that. When I try to manage purchases it says ‘you do not have a sight.’ Please help.

    What’s the url of your site?

    Why can’t I renew a domain name or plan on my site?
    Only the owner of the domain name or plan may renew the upgrade. If you don’t see the option to renew listed via Purchases, let the owner of the upgrade know so they can renew it.

    Where can I renew my plan or domain name?
    You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.
