renewing a domain

Not sure why, but when I went to renew my domain (which is way passed expired), I got this code: 3485832. Anyone know what that means?

Hi. Have you purchased the domain name through WordPress.com? Or are you talking about an upgrade you bought from WordPress.com?
In any case, we can’t help you here in the forums. You would need to contact staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
Make sure you specify the problem in full and indicate the domain name in question. -
I tried to renew our domain a couple of weeks ago and thought it had all gone through but now have just received another email saying it expires in 2days. Tried to renew again via the link provided and through paypal but this time got a message when confirming payment that we are not subscribed to some of the products and are we sure we want to continue. I select continue (as we are subscribed to a domain name – at least for 2more days) and it refuses to go through and keeps kicking me back to the same question. Assistance please. Thanks
