Renewing a domain in the Redemption Period

    Help! Your support thread said to contact you directly for help in recovering my domain. Super urgent.
    ‘In that case, please contact support for help redeeming the domain, and we will send you a link to make the required payment so we can recover the domain’

    Hi @socialthinkking, I’ve just been checking on your account and noticed a few things:

    – You got the renewal fee taken care of over chat

    – The domain is actually in full redemption mode, which means the registrar is going to charge an extra $80 for it at this point.
