Renewing a domain mapping

    I’m trying to update the domain mapping to my primary domain but there does not seem to be any option to do this under manage purchases. How can I do this before it expires.

    Hi there,

    The domain mapping upgrade on your site belongs to a different username account. You’ll need to log into that account in order to renew the mapping upgrade, or ask the owner of that account to do it.

    You can view all the users on your site by going to My Site ->People if you’re unsure what the username of the other account is.
