renewing a domain that’s in redemption

  I need to help to access/renew this domain. It expired a month ago and I am not able ‘see’ any place to renew it.

  Hi! Can you log out, and log back in using the account associated with the domain? You should be able to use the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not. Then, when you’re logged into the right account, you can renew here:
