Renewing a Domain which is under another subscriber

    Hello,
    The Subscriber is no longer with our Company. I need to renew the domain which expires tomorrow. How do I go about doing that? I don’t have any login info for the original subscriber.

    HI there,

    Is it possible to contact the former employee and have them transfer the domain to a WordPress.com account that you all have access to?

    I just checked the account and it appears that the mapping subscription has been renewed. It’s set up for auto renew. If you all are owners of the credit card on the account, you can use that information to retrieve the transaction id to prove ownership. Then, we can transfer the subscription over to you.

    Since it is a company email, do you all the ability to reopen the email temporarily to receive the confirmation email?
