Renewing a premium account – by a different admin user

Try to renew the $99 premium paid by someone else previous;u but even though the $99 appears in the shopping cart. it does not process the credit card payment!!!! Just keeps coming back to the main page say I already have the upgrade but it will expire.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If the owner of that upgrade authorizes it, we can transfer that upgrade to your WordPress.com user account so you can renew the upgrade yourself. The easiest way for them to do that would be for them to post here in the thread letting us know.

Upgrades are owned by the user who purchased them. Although I understand that you would like to take it over, we can’t just remove an upgrade from someone’s account without their permission.
If you can’t reach them, you can allow the bundle to expire and then purchase it as a new upgrade on your account as soon as it’s clear. If you are unable to do so, just let me know at that time.

Jackie – the domain name backyard-buyers.com might be part of the bundle (the name is registered with Wild West anyway) – and domain names have the ICAN regulations where the name will stop working for a while and might go to auction – one of the tough ones
@backyard – this is a good time to fine the account / person that owns the domain name & upgrade to get involved and do the proper transfers

I am the owner, the person who contacted you orginally is the person who paid for our account and then billed us, he assisted us in setting this up, I want to be able to pay my account each year without going through them each year, I have given him permission to contact you. The confusion is he presents under our company logo. I hope this makes sense, I give you permission to do what you have to so that I can pay my account so long as I am not paying more than the $99.

The domain backyardbuyers.com was not registered with us, but domain mapping for that domain was added as part of the premium bundle purchase. The bundle expires on March 16. The domain backyard-buyers.com was registered with us and expires on April 9.
@backyardbuyers neither of these upgrades were purchased by your user account, but by someone else. While you may be the person ultimately responsible for the upgrades, you are not considered the upgrades owner on WordPress.com and as such, I cannot modify the upgrades without hearing from that user.

Thanks auxclass. As I noted, there are two different domains, one with, and one without, the hyphen.
