renewing an expired domain

    Hi, I’m trying to renew my domain, backyardmissionary.net and I’m not figuring it out. Can you please help?

    that name has reverted to the wild for anyone to purchase – try buying it again (not renewing, you can’t renew a name that is no longer registered)

    I have also flagged this for the staff to help – sometimes old info hangs around in an account and the staff need to clear it for you

    Sometimes a remnant record of the expired domain will be stuck in the account, and we’ll need to remove it for you so you can buy the domain again new. In this case we sorted it out via chat, but if anyone else runs into that, just let us know. Cheers!
