Renewing an expired domain

    When I go to my domains tab to renew an expired domain this is the message I get: ‘The domain girlonpurpose.org expired a month ago. It can be renewed by the user Girl On Purpose (girlonpurposeshreveport).’

    However ‘girlonpurposeshreveport’ is not a username on our website. Anyone know why?

    Hi jared476275224,

    girlonpurpose.org was purchased by girlonpurposeshreveport, which means it will need to be renewed through that account.

    girlonpurposeshreveport is still listed as a user (and owner) of the site so please ask them to login and renew the upgrades from their Manage Purchases page? They should see a “Renew now” link on that page.

    In addition to that, their plan has also expired — we can help add that back if they are unable to upgrade through the plans page.
