Renewing an Expired Domain Registration

My domain registration expired on March 1, 2019. I want to renew it, but there is no option to do so under “Purchases” in my account. How do I contact Customer Support to renew my domain?

What is the address of your domain? After 6 weeks I guess it has gone well past the grace period and you won’t be able to restore it yourself. If the domain has reached the redemption period then there will be extra costs that need to be paid to the Registrar to attempt recovery.

mhscardinallax.com is in redemption. We can still try and recover it. To do that, our domain partner charges an $80 fee. As soon as we hear back with confirmation that you’ll agree to the fee we can get started.
The entire process only takes 2-3 days from start to finish.

Thanks. I’ve sent a note to our domain partner. As soon as we hear back from them with an update someone will post here in this thread. Like I said, it should only take 2-3 days. Feel free to follow up if you don’t hear back from us in that time.
I’ve also sent a note to you via email with a secure payment link. That is for domain redemption and the annual registration of the domain. Let me know if you have not received it.
