Which email are you using as I haven’t received anything and I have checked my spam also?
I seem to still be confused with an old blog of mine: IMIsound which is totally defunct now and which should be totally elimintaed. When I click on my name in my admin area it takes me to a page in chinese with reference to IMIsound. This is most weird. Please use [redacted for privacy] for further communication. Thanks -

I don’t get it. I still haven’t received anything (and I’ve re-checked my spam folder). The only email that has come through was the one asking me to rate my support experience which I haven’t done as I haven’t resolved the problem yet. I can provide you with another email address if you wish but that will not really resolve the problem. Also can you look into this IMIsound thing as that has been going on for some time now. IMIsound should be completely deleted from WordPress at this stage.

The domain ingliando.com expired on October 3 and is currently in redemption. This means that the domain is deactivated, but has not yet been fully released. During this time, you can still renew this domain, but the process is more complicated than a regular renewal.
If you’d like to renew your ownership of this domain, you have several options:
1) We can renew the domain for you through our registrar. This costs $98, which includes $18 for the domain and an additional cost of $80 for a late renewal. We have no control over this additional cost, as it is levied on us by our domain registrar.
2) Try to register the domain through a domain back-ordering service, such as Pool (Registering starts at $60 with Pool) http://pool.com/
3) Wait until the domain is out of redemption and becomes available for registration again. Then, you can register it again for the regular price of $18. This would run the risk of the domain being registered by someone else before you, or the domain not being released for registration at all. The exact redemption period and the release of the domain are at the discretion of our domain registrar and we can’t control it.
If you want to have the best chance of getting your domain back, your best bet would be the first option. If you choose this option, please reply to this email letting us know. We will then send you a direct request for payment and will contact our registrar on your behalf, asking to restore the domain.
Please note that time is of the essence here. Because your domain is very close to being cancelled, it may no longer be possible to recover it. If you pay for renewal and we are unable to recover the domain, you will be fully refunded.

Also can you look into this IMIsound thing as that has been going on for some time now. IMIsound should be completely deleted from WordPress at this stage.
I don’t see your tarquille WordPress.com account associated with any “IMIsound” domain. Could you please let me know the full URL for that and the web address through which you are accessing that site? If you could make a screenshot of where you are seeing it and upload it to your Media Library, that would help, too. Here is how to make a screenshot.

I have ulpoaded an image of the page to my media library that I come to when I click on my own name in the admin area for ingliando….
As regards the domain, I don’t have that kind of money available – thanks anyway.

Ah, I see now, you just need to update your profile via this link http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/ and replace IMIsound with your current web address, like http://ingliando.wordpress.com/
