renewing custom design

  I accidentally let my custom design expire, which was $30/year. I just went to renew it, but it looks like my only option is to pay $99/year for premium, which I don’t want or need. How can I get back to the $30/year custom design? Help?

  I have flagged this for staff attention – – seems to me I have seen a couple of threads that indicate a gap in coverage meant you needed to buy the higher priced spread – but I have also seen some threads where the staff did some magic on the billing and things were able to be renewed – – since renewal notices are not always sent out missing a renewal is possible
