Renewing Domain

  Hi,

  I didn’t realize that my site had expired. After I went to the domain section and paid for the renewal, I noticed that the receipt I got said that it was only for domain mapping. When I went back to the domain page, I noticed that there was a note in the payment section that said I also had to renew my domain but I don’t see the option to do so anywhere. In addition to that, the expiration next to my domain name still lists the same expiration date even though my payment went through. In summary, can someone help me:

  1. Point out how I can renew my domain.
  2. Should I be concerned that my expiration date for the domain still is unchanged? (I’ve waited a day and it still is the same)

  I receive renewal notices a couple of months a head of time and assume you did too. Here’s a suggestion. Contact Staff ASAP http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
