  Domain (for the site above) has expired. I would like to request for help in renewing it. Thank you.

  To renew the domain, Have you checked out the domain renewal support page?

  Otherwise, If the link isn’t helpful and the domain name is in redemption, a staff member might have to email you a payment form for the domain’s renewal.

  Hi there,

  That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. So to be able to renew it, you need to contact that other account.
