Good day,
I wanted to change the payment method for the domain renewal, because actually there is no payment saved for it – but it seems i can’t, cause it says on top:
‘This product was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this product, log in to that account or contact the account owner.’I am not sure which account was used to purchase the produce, it might have been the one connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
We however closed this account, because this person does not work for us anymore.Is there a way that I can take over the product and add a payment method for it from my account?
