Renewing Domain

  I was trying to renew my domain name before it expires, but when I try to renew my domain name it states that my domain is already mapped to wordpress.com. Now my domain is expired and I’m trying to redeem it during the grace period so I can renew it. Can any one help me with my situation?

  Your domain looks like it has not quite expired

  Are you looking at Dashboard >> Store >>my Upgrades? And renewing, not purchasing again?

  If you are not logged in as the Admin owner of the upgrades you will not see the renew button, is their another account you might have used to purchase the upgrades?
