renewing domain

  Received notification telling me that my domain was about to expire and that I needed to pay $18.00 to keep it. I’ve been searching for hours and still haven’t discovered a way to pay it!

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it, to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades and renew any upgrades.

  Are you referring to the domain muddyduckdash.com?

  If so the problem is the domain actually belongs to another user on your site, so he or she will have to be the one to renew it.

  I also noticed that you purchased the Premium plan upgrade for the same site. Because the upgrades are owned by two separate accounts, you are paying a little more than you need to.

  I recommend you either move the premium upgrade to your other administrators account, or have the domain moved to your account.

  I can help you with that I just need confirmation from you as well as the other admin on the account as to which way you want to go.

  I want to move it to my account. I am Warren Caputo. How can we contact the other account holder to confirm? This expires today, and I thought my upgrade had covered it. Please assist.

  I haven’t heard back.

  Can you please extend the expiration date? I obviously purchased the upgrade, so can you help with an extension until we get this resolved.

  I created a free domain with WordPress called “thegreenbyronbay” and have since purchased a domain with an external company – “thegreenbistrobyronbay.com.au”. Now I need to change our website URL to the new one – any info on how to do this? Thanks!
