renewing domain

  Trying to renew my domain, it is telling me it was purchased originally by another subscriber and ‘please ask the subscription owner to renew’ — it was most definitely purchased by me! How can I pay this?

  Hi @sanels22,

  It is possible that you used another account for renewing your domain? The one you’ve used to write here on the forum isn’t connected to any WordPress.com website, so I thought you might have another account?
