Renewing domain

I am an admin for a business page. My domain, I’m told, expires tomorrow. But every time I try to enter payment details I am told that I am upgrading a service to which I’m not subscribed. This makes no sense. Please advise.

Are you saying that since I did not purchase the original upgrade that I can’t renew the domain?
Please let me know steps I need to take.
Customers will be going to my domain today for pricing on services and I really need to keep it live!!

Note that when I log into WordPress it defaults to myshortstuff as my user name since I originally became a member under this name, but then became admin for blog.rentvillas.com. I don’t know know any other way to log into the site!

Are you saying that since I did not purchase the original upgrade that I can’t renew the domain?
That is correct. I see you as an admin on the blog that is connected to the mapping subscriptions, but there is another admin on the blog who purchased the domain. Are they available to either renew the domain or transfer the domain over to you so that you can?
If they want to transfer the subscription over to you, all they will need to do is post in this thread to confirm and I can do the transfer for you.
