Renewing Domain

  I am trying to renew my domain http://www.saonmedia.com, but every time I hit the payment button on it says that the First Name field must be entered. However, I am putting in the correct information, but I keep getting error message, and I can’t pay!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What browser are you using? Does this still happen if you use a different browser? What country are you paying from?

  We let the domain renewal lapse, and its no longer letting us renew the domain in our dashboard? We need to renew the domain so we can continue receiving email to (email visible only to moderators and staff), as it is attached to valuable accounts.
